Density The density of kerosene at room temperature is 0.80 grams per milliliter. The flashpoint depends on the amount of pressure the kerosene is under. For instance, at room temperature, the flashpoint of kerosene is at 100 degrees Fahrenheit, while at sea level, it is at 149 degrees Fahrenheit. Auto-ignition Temperature Auto-ignition temperature is the temperature at which a substance ignites by itself at normal air pressure.
